Services Provided
- Home Care: skilled nursing, medical social work, physical, occupational and speech therapies.
- Home Hospice: pain and symptom management; physical, spiritual, social and emotional support.
- Residential Hospice: hospice care at our 18-bed hospice residence, The Johnson Center.
- Infusion: intravenous (IV) therapies such as antibiotics, hydration and TPN.
- Oxygen: concentrators and portable oxygen units, including a variety of oxygen accessories.
- Medical Equipment: wheelchairs, walkers, hospital beds and bathroom aids.
- Pediatric Care: specialized home health services for patients from birth to eighteen years of age.
- Pastoral Counseling: non-denominational chaplains provide spiritual care for patients and their families.
