Centura Health at Home is a part of Centura Health, Colorado’s largest health care system and one of the state’s largest private employers. As a faith-based organization, what distinguishes us more than size is our daily dedication to sensitively serving the sick, injured and senior communities.
We seek to create a covenant of caring that improves the health of the people in our communities. As a not-for-profit organization, Centura has no shareholders to whom returns are distributed; all profits are reinvested in our mission and communities. By treating and touching the whole person—body, mind and spirit—we seek to create a healing sanctuary for our patients in their homes. We offer our patients a unique kind of care that recognizes needs and nurtures each individual with excellence, integrity and compassion.
